As I write this review I find it difficult to find the best words to describe this little gem of a BnB in Paris next to the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower is just down the street and there are local cafes, grocers, banks, cleaners, post office, and even nail & massage salons.

Location was amazing, lots of different options for eating around the hotel, very safe area, metro entrance at the door of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good!! We would definitely stay here again!
This is my second stay at the hotel. It is cozy, charming & nicely appointment. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. The only slight drawback is that the rooms are quite small. Normally one doesn't spend much time in a hotel room in Paris, so it can be overlooked! I find this hotel charming & located close to a larger metro station so it's easy to get to anywhere in Paris.
From the attention you get two steps in the door, to the live lemon tree in the garden this place was perfect for myself and my daughter. Easy walk to fresh cooked, snacks, and shopping! The host and hostess at the front door are amazing and helped so much. 5 starts!!
This hotel was great - room was cozy & comfortable. It's on the smaller side but plenty of space for my husband and I - and as other reviews have mentioned, it's very clean! Bed was extremely comfortable which you don't always find in Europe. We loved the quiet little neighborhood the hotel was located in - yet it was conveniently located to so many sights, especially the Eiffel Tower. The metro was a quick walk - so convenient for touring the city and the Eiffel Tower was a 10-15 minute walk....
We booked a 1 bedroom apt which was very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen. It was nicely decorated and newly renovated. Location was convenient, two metro stations, grocery stores and pharmacy were all a few minutes away. Eiffel Tower is also walkable which was very nice. The only downside is the automatic doors won’t open if you’re outside if no one is at the front desk, which happened a few times even during “normal” hours.
Amazing location ! Beautiful interior. The exterior was being renovated, so it was understandably a little in a disarray. My family ( all women ) felt extremely safe in and around this hotel. Very modern, clean updated rooms with incredible views ! Incredible roof top bar as well. Great restaurants near by. 10/10
The staff here were wonderful and so helpful! However, on my last morning (yesterday), there was a lady I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t catch her name but she had short black hair and dark skin. When I said bonjour to her when I saw her at breakfast, she said nothing back. She had a grumpy look and demeanor the entire time she was down there. We stayed as a mother and a baby (5 months old!) and we had requested a room with an Eiffel Tower view. I teach French, and I travel to France once a year and I know Paris like the back of my hand. I knew the Grenelle district was an ideal location close to central Paris, but with enough locally to feel like home.
