Inside the building is very nice and clean but, outside is not very nice, streets are dirty and smells bad. I love the hotel and definitely will come back.

Beautiful property, excellent location. Breakfast was served with a variety of options. However, it gets a bit chaotic during busy times. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience.

This hotel is a great value and in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making check in and out very easy. The training room here is one of the better ones I have used in a long time. All of the machines are new and worked well. The guest rooms are spacious and clean.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff members, including the lady at the breakfast entrance, who greeted guests warmly every morning. Their friendliness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

In a very strange time of Covid 19, the staff went out of their way to take care of the guests. Instead of the full 10 days stay I ended up leaving Belem and stayed out in a village most of my trip. When I came back into town the hotel was very understanding and gave me the best treatment they could. I do not speak Portuguese and most of the staff does not speak english. Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names.
