"On check in, the staff were polite, helpful and willing to help with all our questions. Kaushik and the young lady (I didn't get her name), were excellent, and later, Jude met us and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. In the lounge, Brewster, Philipi, and Nglapem were very attentive and provided a great service. In the Lotus cafe, Lalit alwats sertved us with a smile. Whilst there are works going on in the hotel, most of the services were still available except the steam, sauna...

"The staff were above and beyond helpful with meals, dry cleaning, and recommendations. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious each day. The room was large, modern, clean, and facing away from the noise of the streets. The view was lovely and private. I think we had a much better stay than our travel companions who stayed at another hotel 4 minutes away. I would recommend Hotel Amigo to anyone travelling to Mumbai. Also: loveliest security officer who was always up for a chat upon our daily...
