Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.
Loved the breakfast. Best one in the entire 2 weeks we spent throughout Czesky. Nice to have parking for our car, yet a tram was right out front to ride it into downtown. Room was great. I would stay here again.

Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

This is the kind of hotel that does something else. That makes you feel like home. They gave a gift to my little kid. They left wine and dessert as welcome. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I would definitevly recommend it and would go back again for sure.
We got a suite with a very cheap price for two nights. The Breakfast was really great and the room was very comfy.
Nothing to complain about.
Just one small thing, the last day there was a bad smell because they had a problem with the sewage system but we left early and were not affected.
This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. Location was so central yet felt like a quiet Sunday which is remarkable considering the throngs of tourists a few blocks over. 5 star boutique vibes at a very reasonable rate. My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. Alena walked us through a map of Prague and offered suggestions on what to do, Frank drove us to and from the bus station when we took a day trip out of town, and Stefan and Victoria were huge helps throughout the day. Had an "attic loft deluxe double room" which was very spacious, ample and well designed cabinets and all expected amenities.

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.
The concierge is knowledgeable and the best part is that everything for the most part is with in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the food is first rate.
