"An excellent spot. On site pool bar & restaurant were a huge plus. Bartender had an amazing personality. Food was delicious. Balcony rooms were excellent, clean and bed was great. We would stay here again."
"staff was helpful upon check in, nice area for games and relaxing by the fireplace or playing a game. Our room was overlooking the water, with small windows, and a double bed. The air would not shut off so we unplugged the unit while we were in the room."
"The Inn is well located in the middle of the port area with easy walking access to the shops and restaurants. Our room was lovely and very clean. The included breakfast was tasty, with freshly made- to -order waffles!"
"We stayed in the main part of the Colony in a beautiful ocean view room. While this is the older building it is well maintained and absolutely charming.
The check in process was handled beautifully and we we treated very well throughout our stay. Jared and Steve were very kind.
The older building does not have air conditioning but during our early September stay that was not a problem at all and it was actually so nice to have the windows open and feel the ocean breeze.
We look forward to...
"Room was clean and had soaps breakfast was good. Coffee was from a machine and taste was hit or miss. In general we would stay again. Was a central location to highways to sightsee."
"We had an excellent stay at this motel with very good amenities. The view and peacefulness of the ocean was well worth being a little ways from the pier. The staff we dealt with (Izzy and Kristen) were so helpful and friendly to make our stay excellent time. We will consider staying there again in the future."
"We LOVED this place so much that we booked our next stay before we left. Staff is great, right on the water, great pool, clean rooms. You’re a mile away from the heart of OOB, which if you know Old Orchard, that’s perfect..close enough to everything, but enough away from the craziness. Shout out to the Hotels daughter making a TikTok for this place because that’s how I spotted it..will be coming here for years to come!"
"The room was smaller than expected but it had excellent access to the beach, friendly and courteous staff, very clean, and a quiet after 10pm rule that made for a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend."
