Customer service was 10/10. Friendly staff and the room was clean. Stayed there twice during my trip to Louisiana. Will be back again! My only push is more toiletries.

Great location for all the entertainment downtown. The room was very clean with modest amount of amenities. Pool was a little small but fitness room was very nice. Good value compared to other hotels in area.

This hotel is a GEM in Memphis. The service is better than it should be. So easy to get in and out. We stay here once a month and it does not disappoint.

The only the negative is the tv wasn’t working. I called the front desk to let them know and she never sent anyone to fix it. Other than that the stay was good. The room was nice and clean. And it was next to restaurants

The only bad thing was the pool was closed for 2 days we were there due to it needed to be shocked due to some algae from some of the people that were staying there.

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions. As it's fairly new, everything was clean & in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly. The price paid included an all-you-can-eat self-service continental breakfast, which included a range of cereals, fruit, hot waffles, yoghurt, toast, muffins, bacon, scrambled egg, cheesy-egg muffins. 4 different...

Great stay for visitors visiting downtown businesses. Very walkable! Great restaurants nearby and Walgreens is very convenient. Starbucks on site

Great stay! Clean comfortable bed, large room, only complaint is that the water in the shower never really got that hot, it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t as hot as showers can normally get, other than that everything was great!

Loved the place . The breakfast buffet was 25 dollars per person food was cold not worth 25 per person 100 dollars for family of 4 for cold food Other than that great place . Don’t recommend the breakfast

Right next to the Orpheum which was perfect because we were in Memphis to watch Mama Mia. 3 minute walk from the Hyatt to the Orpheum.

The whole atmosphere is beautiful. Our hotel was so cozy and bed was so comfortable!

When I stopped to check in, there was a terrible thunderstorm and the electricity had gone out. As customers started to stack up, Nathan, the night manager, was doing his best going back and forth with IT to get the computers up and running so he could get us all checked it. Took about an hour and once we were assigned rooms, he realized that the room card reader was not working, He had to take us up one at a time and open our doors, then later deliver keys. Comfortable beds, the pillows held their shape and didnt need constant folding and reshaping. The only thing that I could find subpar was the lighting around the bathroom mirror was not bright at all. Other than that, best stay in a hotel I’ve had in a long time.
