The only annoying thing is the shower because it leaks water all over the bathroom.

Excellent staff, very polite and very hospitable. Nice facility close proximity to airport good breakfast. Very clean bathrooms and bedroom orderly need. Not super luxurious but a great hotel.
We spent ten days in this excellent hotel. Everything was great. The room with comfortable beds and a HD TV with a very good selection of directv channels, the location, the free breakfast, the computer center (with 5 pcs and a printer 24-7), the gym, the security of the building, etc. I really love it. The best part was the employees. I felt like I was at home with my friends. Surely, I will be back next time I visit Lima.
I really enjoyed my time in Tambo 1. It's a great location and clean and walkable to many places. The Breakfast was great and plenty of it. We did have an incident where my sister fell in the shower and lacerated her head and bruised her back. I did bring it to the attention of the personnel and they took matters into their hands. BUt be very careful with the very slippery floor in the bathroom. Do request a mat for the shower prior to occupying. Other than that we really enjoy the place.
Very nice hotel with Air conditioned rooms at affordable rate, nice courteous personnel, free breakfast buffet, in the center of the tourist area of Miraflores in Lima city capital of PERU.
This hotel is in great condition, the food is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Lots of things within walking distant or a short cab ride away.
The best part about the hotel is the staff. When we arrived we had an issue with our room and they fixed it right away without any questions, pushback or attitude. They apologized and were very professional. They did everything to make our stay a great time.

Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. Quiet. Upmarket area. Walkable to Park Kennedy and the coast as well as shops, restaurants and mini markets. Staff were helpful. We arranged an airport shuttle in advance through the hotel. Good buffet breakfast included. Lovely welcome drink was a nice surprise.
The only issue I have with the hotel, and this is more of a Peru issue than an issue specific to this hotel, is the way they handle food. For example, the breakfast milk was left out for many hours not being refrigerated which could cause a health issue. Other than that, we had a great stay.
