"Dirty and no real attention to detail, bath room had mold or something"

"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. "The rooms were small but very cute and clean. The restaurant good was delicious and served in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and attentive. And finally, the facility is just beautiful. It’s set into the trees at various levels and it feels like a true forest getaway in the middle of the city.
