"Other. The shower head flew off during shower - very dangerous. Then my fiancé was showering and the water was coming out like a jet spray. He fell in the shower and landed on the toilet. We had to go to the ER most of the night. This was reported to the front desk and a manager has not contacted us on a refund."

"We did not even stay due to hair on bed and dead bugs, toilet was clogged when we got there. We called Expedia for a refund, they said the hotel had to approve a refund and the front desk lady denied it. Awful hotel…DO NOT recommend. Expects needs to vet their hotels better, and find ways to make customers happy. $241 is too much money to throw away because the room is disgusting."

"Where do I start. This room was terrible. The pictures on Expedia regarding this hotel is a terrible misrepresentation of how it REALLY IS. The room was DIRTY, bugs, toilet paper wasn’t even on the roll but over the toilet and almost gone. Lights had no covers and exposed. The lock on the inside of the door had exposed wires. Cockroach in the toilet. The shower was TERRIBLE!!!!!! DONT STAY HERE. I HONESTLY SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK. Plus the room reeked of cigarette and weed. How embarrassing it is for the hotel to be called a Whyndum. The ceo wouldn’t ever stay at this hotel. "
