"We had a nice 4 night stay at ibis Epernay Centre Ville. The room was standard ibis so no surprises except that the room was a bit bigger than normally. The breakfast room / bar was also standard ibis. The location was great. It is close to the railway station and Avenue de Champagne. There is a good choice of restaurants close by.
