Easy location, clean place, spacious

My room was spacious and contained a large writing desk with a nespresso machine and free nespresso pods, teabags, and bottles of still water (what's more, these items were restocked every day). It also contained one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. In addition, one of the best restaurants in Tallinn (Michelin star quality) can be found in the basement. In particular, their €15 three-course lunch is not to be missed.

Our stay at Bob W. Tallinn, Estonia exceeded our expectations. The electronic access system for both the building and room was incredibly efficient and surprisingly easy to use, we were initially skeptical, but it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. The Kreutzwald Hotel is a very nice, comfortable hotel near downtown Tallinn. While it is not IN downtown and therefore a short walk from shops and old town, it is very comfortable and affordable. For the business traveler, ideal since much of their time is spent doing business and not seeing the sights. Still nice for the holiday traveler, but not as convenient as a hotel in old town, but you don't have to pay the price of old town, plus the rooms are more spacious than those in old town.

This hotel is very clean and the amenities are great. My only suggestion is to replace the carpets, as they are very worn and stained (yet kept clean).

Excellent location for a very reasonable nightly rate, just lower your expectations to what you are paying. Would stay again.

As our taxi dropped us off we were warmly greeted by gracious staff. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was modern and beautiful with anything one could need, including a Dyson hair dryer. We returned after dinner to a turned down bed and a pillow menu, should we want a different pillow. The ones provided however were perfect. I had an amazing restorative sleep. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. This is a fantastic place. It's extremely clean, has every possible modern convenience, ideally located, and very large. Loved it and will be glad to book this property in future. The communication beforehand about the check in process was unnecessarily convoluted. I had multiple exchanges with the Nexus Team, and only at the very end did they make it clear that they communicate via WhatsApp for security and privacy.
