"The reception staff were excellent. The room although small was well equipped and clean. The restaurant has a limited menu. The first night i had a hamburger which was excellent. The second night I ordered veal which was too tough to eat so I changed to a pizza. The restaurant staff were competent and friendly. I was a bit surprised at the lack of english. The included breakfast was not great the first day the eggs and the sausages were cold. The second day was better but the toaster did not toast. We took the airport shuttle to T1 again no english but we managed. On arrival we had booked an Uber. We were told me meet the Uber at P1 first level. We waited but the Uber did not show up. We forgot in Europe the 1st level is what we would go the 2nd levrl"

"The location is perfect in central Madrid with walking distance from main attractions. The staff is very courteous and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Overall, I’ll stay here again "
