Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis

"The staff at this hotel were delightful! Mrs. Raine at the front desk was very professional, attentive, and helpful with my situation. She helped with resolving any issues that I had with my booking and checkout. The breakfast bar attendant(I think his name was Dan) was a breath of fresh air. He was patient, informative, and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and top-tier. The server was nice and attended to our needs. I almost forgot to mention that the front desk staff during check-in was pleasant as well. I didn't catch her name, but both she and my son had the most pleasant conversation about the Pokecon that he attended while visiting Minneapolis. They all deserve a raise, especially Mr. Dan and Mrs. Raine! The room was nice. The only complaints that I have is that there was a small stain on top of the covers on the bed, the bathroom toilet seat was hanging off the hinge, and the bathtub along with the bathroom floor had small traces of hair around it. I didn't complain because these were easy to fix. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will patronize the establishment in the near future."

"We stayed at this property two times during our trip with a break in between because we had to travel to a different city. But we were glad to be able to come back and stay one more night before we flew out the next day. The hotel was very clean, we really enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. The staff was super friendly, especially the housekeeping ladies. We would definitely stay there again."
