I commented to front desk staff that the pictures completely and accurately depict the property and rooms - unusual! Our room was well-appointed and the beds very comfortable. Our only issue (a personal one to be sure) were the pillows - all were very stiff and hard. Would suggest that of the four pillows on each bed, one would be a much softer one. "
