I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. Imran, the doorman came to our rescue and without any effort on our part, pulled out his wallet and paid for our taxi. We then exchanged cash in the hotel and promptly repaid him. This boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful! Amazing location, cold AC, incredibly comfy beds, huge and modern bathroom, free breakfast and appertivo, and a convenient spa. We truly enjoyed our stay here! The best part was the attentive staff who reached out before our stay and helped us throughout- giving restaurant recommendations as well as booking reservations and tours for us. Special shout out to Adriano and Olga, two amazing staff members who assisted us during our trip.

Andrew and Paola are so amazing and accommodating. They informed us how to get to the residence, gave us extra duvets when we were a little cold, were very on top of cleaning and COVID protocol, and were very informative. They communicate quickly and informed us very soon after we left about an item left behind, and helped us call a taxi back to airport as we do not speak Italian and needed a very early morning ride. Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building

Affordable and walking distance to points of interest

The room we had at this hotel was the most beautiful I've even been in. Hotel was situated in a great spot and was easily about to walk to all parts of Florence. The only downside was the evening festivities in the square. We only stayed here one night, as this was the last stop of the trip and we had to leave the hotel the next morning at 5:30 am for our flight back to the US from Rome. We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service!...

This place is number one. We will be comparing other places we stay with Torre di for the rest of our lives. We are world travelers for many, many years. This property is in a beautiful historic area surrounded by castle walls and tower and walking distance to Piazzle Michelangelo. We did not see a close store for groceries, but enjoyed the restaurant across the street. The only problem was the shower...no window covering for privacy and the water did not drain well.

Suite Jasmine is in the perfect location. Is next of the Most historical places of Florence. I highly recommend your stay.

This property is located just one minute away from Ponte Vecchio and all city main attractions! The building is just magical, the apartments are very cozy ;) I liked very much the design and style of the furniture. It is fully equipped with Kitchens and bathroom. Totally in love with this place!

We only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and calling cabs for us. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight, we found a breakfast bag tied to our door that had fresh fruit, homemade cakes and bottled water. Very thoughtful and considerate, not to mention delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer.
