"This is an excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and personable. They did small touches that meant a lot. It was my husband’s birthday. They brought him a piece of cheesecake with a candle at breakfast and a bottle of Prosecco that night. A nice card and cookies when we were leaving. The breakfast was very good. Air conditioning worked great! Room was clean. The location was excellent. Close to the train station and all of the sites. Many restaurants in the area. Highly recommend this...

He helped us with restaurant choices and reservations as well as travel arranagments to our next destination. We have to sleep to TV, but they are getting them soon. Otherwise, I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will be back!"

Rooms were spacious and made twice a day. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great. Easy to get around on foot as most places are within walking distance. Check in and check out were flawless. If I ever come back to Florence I will stay here."
