"From booking to checkout, everything was smoother than a Hilton hotel pillow. Communication? Prompt and friendly. The room? Massive. I could’ve done cartwheels (I didn’t but I could’ve). Light from TV standby, smoke alarm and outside light from around the entry door made too much light in the room. Mattress and pillows were too firm and probably need replacing."
