"This hotel requires use of your room key to access elevators, up or down. While this security provision in the midst of downtown is appreciated, it is a pain. Staff let us check into room hours before stated check-in time, and that was not expected but very much appreciated. Breakfast space is the largest we’ve experienced. It was a great deal for the price we paid."
