"We stayed in 13 hotels on our way along the Mississippi River. This hotel was by far the best. The room was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and constantly refilled, The staff was always there for us although we seldom needed assistance. We were blown away by the early evening complimentary buffet of delicious food. It was 5 star quality at an affordable price. AND IT'S DOG FRIENDLY1"

"For the price it was adequate. I grew up in the area and it’s always been there under different owners and it’s showing its age. The sink faucet needs to be looked at (hard to shave with a trickle) but the shower was good. I would stay here again."
