"The hotel is really clean and modern. A few areas were sealed off due to maintenance but didn’t affect the stay.
The staff were lovely and polite.

"A lovely hotel about 25 mins walk to the centre, we had a large room with great shower, bed and aircon. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very pleasant. The area was quiet and perfect for our stay. We would definitely come again, Cartagena is a great place to visit!"

"We had a wonderful experience and stay. They text us at all the key moments, and replied very quickly to questions. The apartment was stunning, with a great shower and AC. We also like cooking and making some breakfasts and lunch, the facilities were brilliant. Also the balcony was a nice touch as well. I would highly recommend a stay here."

Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...
Wonderful stay in a phenomenal location. A short walk to shopping, coffee, museums, parks and phenomenal restaurants.

Breakfast hot food cold. Desk clerk didn’t tell taxi where we were going so I had to use translator. No WiFi in rooms, lobby or restaurant. They looked shocked I didn’t report WiFi outage, not my job. Four star hotels are on that stuff. Wouldn’t stay again, needed WiFi.

The staff treated us like family. This is a hidden gem with gorgeous views and easy dining/cafe. It's located on the beach with a beautiful walkway. Great AC and hot water.

It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I was there for two weeks. Not at the center of things, but the price and facility was great. About 5 minutes drive to downtown area. Parking was ample and free.
