"I had such a peaceful and restful stay! The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right near the square where all the action is, yet the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. You’d never know you were so close to everything, which I absolutely loved! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Riad Karmela! The riad itself is beautiful and full of Moroccan charm, with lovely common areas and amenities that made it feel like a peaceful retreat after exploring the busy streets of Marrakech. The location was excellent—right within the Medina and very walkable to the souks, restaurants, and many of the places we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff, especially Omar. He was incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating and seemed to help us with pretty much everything we needed—from answering questions and giving directions to helping us navigate our plans around Marrakech. Having someone so attentive and genuinely willing to help made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Omar! The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom, which felt a little dated compared with the rest of the beautiful property and could benefit from an update. This was a minor point and did not take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at Riad Karmela and loved experiencing the charm of staying inside the Medina. Between the beautiful riad, convenient location, and exceptional hospitality, we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!"

"We felt so comfortable and taken care of here at this beautiful Riad. We had no idea what to expect and in fact when we had to get dropped off a little distance from the Riad in a very hectic and foreign area, we were not sure what to expect. But when we entered the Riad, it was truly like an oasis in the middle of a desert. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Our room, a junior suite was so lovely and perfect. It was very clean and comfortable with hand crafted finishes everywhere. One of my favorite things was breakfast on the rooftop (included) and the Hammam. If you’re looking for an authentic Moroccan stay, this is the place. And be sure to ask the owner, Mohammed for a tour of his private museum across the way from the Riad. It’s amazing."
