"This hotel provided an incredible stay in Santiago. The room was spacious, yet cozy. The shared spaces, including the pool, were clean and never too busy. The breakfast really stood out with so many options to eat and drink. Highly recommend!"
"The hotel was close to all the city attractions including the Japanese gardens, we really enjoyed the hospitality and the kindness of the front staff. They helped coordinate shuttle service from the airport and also the breakfast was very appetizing, i enjoyed this hotel!"

I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. Mr. Mark helped us plan our days and all of his suggestions were spot on. Dianne, Alex & the front desk crew were exceptionally helpful too and great fun to meet. Rachel makes every breakfast a fantastic start of the day. The neighborhood is lively and the front rooms capture a bit of the street noise on...
A little grocery store is right across the street for water and vegetables and anything you need for your kitchen. However where is very quiet at night. So it might turn some people off about security. But with your back to the front door if you turn to the left the neighborhood gets dodgy. If you turn to the right it is the neighborhood of patio Bella Vista which is lively restaurants college students and always hopping. Restaurants and food or an abundance around this hotel. Another caution. I...
Time Select is a wonderful place to stay in Santiago. It’s a sleek, contemporary designed hotel on a quiet, tree-lined street, close to restaurants, shops and galleries.
The hotel has everything you could want in apartment-style rooms which include kitchenette with frig, freezer, microwave, cooktop, dishes and cutlery. There is a nice sitting area and full bath with both shower and tub. Our room was in impeccable condition and beautiful.
The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and there is a...
Hotel Bonaparte is my home away from home. The front desk reception personnel are so friendly, professional and courteous. Same goes to the personnel in restaurant, bar and housekeeping.
Hotel is clean, comfortable and food is amazing. Beautiful neighborhood and walk into Providencia shopping. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!).
It's conveniently located next to an enormous mall that has everything you could imagine. It also has the ticket location for the Hop On/Hop Off bus, Turistik. Highly recommend that.
The staff was very helpful and nice. I had some issues with my plane ticket and Hans at the...
First time at this hotel.
Friendly staff. Very nice property and good selection of breakfast items.
Especially liked the lobby area and the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating areas for meetings, eating or drinking. Highly recommend this hotel. Very good WiFi.
Good value overall.
I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!
Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again.
NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.
Staff were great and the hotel was very clean. What I didn’t like was lake of available snacks and drinks for purchase and that I had to make airport pickup reservations 48 hours in advance. Word of advise the printed receipt that is give upon entry to Chile by immigration and customs must be shown with the passport to be able to stay at this hotel. We had stayed on Easter island for some time and couldn’t find the receipt. Lucky for us my wife had hers.
