"We come to Chicago monthly and decided to try this location for the first time. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all- bordering on rude. We were not acknowledged as Platinum Guest - they wanted to charge us $50 for our two rooms for a 30 minute late checkout. No early check in allowed- staff said they would text when room was ready. When I called at 5:30 they informed me that rooms were ready- the had “forgotten “ to text.Location is a bit difficult for ride share drivers to navigate. Won’t be back "

"Fantastic Location! Friendly staff, lots of history. Central Heating during the winter, so you’ll have to open a window to avoid getting toasted. Overall great bang for your buck and right next to several transportation options! "
