I enjoyed my stay very much. Check in time is a bit late, but the staff were courteous and professional. Next time, I’d like to see about a view of the bay.. 🏝️

The stay was very good! the only missing was the washer and dryer said it had. The rest was OK

Gorgeous and pleasant hotel. The only thing I could suggest they fix is that the hot water takes a while to come out of the shower. I would definitely come again sometime.

Fantastic space with a great view of the ocean. Walkable to a delightful area of coconut grove. Hint: obtain your keys for the elevator through the front desk.

Very nice hotel tucked away from a lot of the house. Nice lobby with a terrific (free) Happy Hour and pretty good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent fitness room.

One of the best experience. I didn't have to worry about anything. Whenever I asked for something , somebody was there to respond. Not to mention how clean my room was on every details. I felt very comfortable and I would recommend it in a blink of an eye, not to mention the location.

Good freshening smell from the moment you walk in, friendly service, good area. Offered to hold my bags while I wait by the pool an hour before my room was ready. The buffet breakfast was only like $19. Would recommend and stay again!!!

We arrived late in the evening but had a very easy check in. Nice comfortable room with a view and very comfortable beds.. Wish we could have stayed longer. This was just a stay over before cruising.

Loved the hotel, staff was excellent! Had a great stay, room was awesome. The only thing i didnt like was the valet service as we were late getting somewhere as we had to wait for our car. Inconvenience for us. Would loved to have just parked our own car. And was told the valet was included , but they still charged us

Our 2nd time in this hotel this year and again: Great staff! (Front desk, house keeping, breakfast) Great service!!! Nice, clean and roomy rooms Good breakfast (incl fresh rolls, different cheeses, turkey, eggs, waffles, etc ) Good fresh coffee (24 hours) Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood Good parking facility attached to hotel Near metrorail and metromover We will definitely come back here.

I only stayed one night but truly felt like royalty! The front desk clerk was professional, welcoming, and very informative. I’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay when I visit my son at FIU!

I didn’t have much of a view but the space of the room was nice it smelled new and fresh not like vintage hotels of south beach. This hotel had a new feeling and just less than 20mins from airport they were very courtesy during my late arrival and throughout my short 1night stay. Plus they had snacks for sale and a nice relaxing pool area but get there early if you want to dine otherwise it’s only drinks by pool. So I had to just cross the Front Door and there was a restaurant. Very convenient...

The property is well maintained and the staff is personable and helpful. We only stayed one night had dinner in the restaurant, Riverside. Then ate there again for breakfast which was delicious. The staff at Riverside was great 👍 👌. The only issue that we had was the city view room was a bit noisy in the evening with the rooms being above a main road and drawbridge but the view was AMAZING. Quite its in the cut so kinda private i love this hotel and the staff is nice i did not use the pool the both time i stayed so i cant talk about that the breakfast is typical egg a type of meat,bagles,bread,ceral ect but all in all it was a great stay the both times

Hotel was very nice, clean, room was clean, bed comfortable, beautiful room, great vibe, loved the amenities and restaurant. I will definitely stay here again.
