"I enjoyed my stay at the Eresin Hotel Topapi. The staff were very friendly and helpfuLso we did not suffer from a language barrier. The rooms were very clean, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of both Turkish and American food.I particularly like the location, in close walking distance to a train station."

"It was Ok. Wed booked for one night just for spa and swimming pool before a 2am flight to relax in the day. The pool was closed for some reason although it was within the opening hours, very disappointing. Sauna was nice, it also had a Turkish bath and showers and a small gym. This was all decent. Room was basic but had all you needed, but older decor"

"The room was smelling so bad from smoking although I requested previously a non smoking room, they had no other better option so they brought a fragrance to kill the bad smell and opened all windows. Minutes later I noticed that all the carpet is so wet from a previous water flood from the toilet, the water looks brownish so I insisted to move out and they offered a nother room. The staff were cooperative and friendly."

"I booked a room online with air conditioning and electricity. Unfortunately, when I received the room, it was on the fifth floor and without electricity, so I could not use the elevator or the air conditioning. When I complained to the reception, they treated me badly, so I left the hotel and remained without a room, searching the streets for another hotel. I don't recommend it at all"

Recognizing them as well as Serdar bey (luggage services and everything else for our guest needs ) and Yunus bey (breakfast/dining) as well as Burak bey supervisor for special attention and guest pleasing actions. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel....

"It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show."
