"The location of this hotel was perfect, close to everything in the city.
Steve on reception was so friendly and welcoming, he made my experience memorable.
Will definitely stay here again, loved the altitude suite. "
"I had such a beautiful stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. The hotel feels modern, calming, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with those little touches that make you feel at home. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being over the top."
"Modern hotel with spacious twin room which had lots of outlets to charger your devices. Located in CBD so close to all restaurants and transportation; entrance is not impressive but it seems most of entrances in this city were side street entrances. Staff was always friendly, helpful and always greeting you when you entered and left the hotel"
"The check in was easy, but if you take your own car, finding a park to check in is tricky.
Parking was easy and cheap.
You have a tram stop right near the hotel, so really easy to get to St Kilda or the city.
Is close to the the metro system, so will be easier to get around the city.
Bed and pillows were so comfortable, lovely room."
