"I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car.. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027). "I was attending a function at the hotel so stayed for two nights. I had booked the superior room. Room was excellent with no complaints and had a superb view over the Swan River. The function was well catered for. On the last night I dined in the in-house restaurant. The meal was very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when in Perth."

"Stayed one night with my partner before going down south on a roadtrip. It was a perfect start because it allowed us to avoid going into Perth on our first day in Aus, was close to shopping and groceries so we could stock up and close to Swan Valley for a bit of wineries. All in all very happy!"

"Fantastic. Great place to stay for a night or two even if you live in the area. The rooms are big with great views overlooking the golf course. The golf course seems to have kangaroos on it all the time! The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was really good! Pool is big and has a heated section. "Breakfast was cooked to order, fresh. Beautiful spot overlooking the water/river. Like Fremantle, the hotel is a historic building with parts showing its age; however, the rooms are large and adequately equipped, to a five-star standard. We had a relaxing stay."
