It is a tiny place, but except a size of bathroom. everything is perfect. I am appreciated of their kindness, nice traditional garden and location.

I stayed at Its Hotel recently and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good for the price. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern feel. The whole building is nonsmoking, and there’s plenty of parking, which made things easy. Breakfast was simple but surprisingly nice — they even had cup noodles along with toast, juice, and coffee. I liked that coffee was available anytime during the day. Hot water came out right away in the shower, and having Netflix and other TV options in the room...

It’s a beautiful space with a central location and includes admission tickets to nearby attractions. It has an interesting traditional feel with modern amenities. Just be prepared to sleep on the ground.

Fantastic experience overall! Ideal location to the Hanok village. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and neat, we enjoyed the breakfast that was served. Not western style, but it was tasty! We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jeonju.

Amazing breakfast. It was absolutely one of the highlights of my trip to Jeonju. The room is extremely warm even in cold winter. We got a free upgrade to the room due to our luggage size. The owner is friendly and attentive! I would love to stay here again for my next trip to Jeonju. Highly recommended!

​Overall, a very satisfying stay! The overall experience was wonderful, and I was highly satisfied with my stay. However, I would like to suggest a couple of improvements for an even better experience. ​First, it would be much more comfortable if the seating area had proper backrests or extra cushions. It was clean. Beds were very comfortable and the blankets were light.

The owner greeted us at the front entrance so that our taxi could easily find the Hanok. She walked us to our room, explained how everything worked, suggested a time for her to deliver breakfast the next morning, then handed us a tour map. We had the family room, even though there were just two of us. We had a queen sized futon on a bed frame. It was super comfortable. The room had two bathrooms.
