"This was our first trip to Jamaica and to an all inclusive … so take it for what you will. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The pools and jacuzzis were very nice. Our room was great but the property really is huge so if you have ANY trouble walking … it could be an issue if you are on one side of the property. We enjoyed all the restaurants. The policy they have on tipping is not the reality of the situation. It’s unfortunate that they put it out there as their “policy” because it certainly set us up to not be prepared to meet tipping expectations as we would have liked to be. Our housekeeper literally ambushed us the evening before our last night. It just would have been better without telling guests it’s included … just let it be expected because that is what it is. It just left the ick after all was said and done. Thinking we weren’t doing something consistently as it was expected by the staff. Beautiful sunsets … the locals selling on the beach/approaching you….is pretty consistent like sunrise to sunset offering… oh and the beach… the chairs are consistently being “held” a couple days we couldn’t find anywhere to sit and had to come back in the afternoon. It was a bit of a learning vaca for first AI and first Jamaica… some good and not so good… we were very lucky with the weather"

"Love the layout of our suite, we had a king bed with full bathroom with a balcony and our kids had a room with two full beds and a full bathroom as well. Kitchenette area and TV area. It was perfect for our family and our overnight stay in Negril. The staff was wonderful, very courteous and reception staff was very commendable. I totally forgot the name of the staff that checked us in but she was amazing, we were fortunate to see her when we were checking out as well. Her customer service was Superb! The servers we had at breakfast were also a delight and I can honestly say the food was great and enjoyable. I would definitely return again with my family. It was a very lovely and relaxing stay with the Travelers Beach Resort crew."

"Delroy at the bar is awesome this is the 15th year I have stayed at the property. The restaurant staff is very attentive even the Life Guard is amazing. Its on the beach the perfect spot to watch the sunset. There are a lot of restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance."

"Great resort! beautiful ocean views. We stayed in the seaside villas. the staff was friendly and always available to assist, grounds were immaculate as was housekeeping staff. The Blue Mahoe restaurant served amazing food with seating overlooking the cliffs and ocean. It is to be noted that there is no beach area on this property. The little beach they did have has eroded. We traveled about 5 minutes down the road to seven mile beach which was amazing. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views, this is it."
