"I must say reading some reviews I was apprehensive about this hotel however all that went away the minute we stepped in. FYI they charge 100 CHF a day deposit which you get back end of your stay and they take this immediately at check in. You also get charged city tax around 25CHF at the end of your trip. The hotel staff and location are amazing. The staff are so good they helped me out with everything I asked and our room was spotless. The location is fantastic just mins away from the station and central to restaurants and shopping centres. Yes there is noise at night from people partying but theres a rooftop bar above you and bars outside too so why are people surprised by this lol. We had that one night until 1am but it was expected and that's fine. Overall great hotel lovely staff fantastic location and I can definitely say I will 100% return to this hotel again. "Really lovely stay - rooms with amazing views of the mountains, staff were incredible, helpful and so friendly. Special shout out to Sandor who made us laugh! Only minor feedback is there are very limited breakfast choices for vegans and limited eggless options fo vegetarians "

"Lovely accomodation and staff! Breakfast was good. Bus's free with your stay so made getting around very easy and convenient. We also really enjoyed the Eiger Grill. "

"One of my best experiences. Friendly staff, cozy and clean room with a spectacular mountain view. The only drawback was the steep streets leading to the property, but the vehicle they provide for guests made our stay much better. I would definitely return to this charming hotel."

"Great location to central train station, markets and city attractions. Room is not big, but is clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Especially the lounge is available 24/7, offers coffees, tea and fruits, really give a homey feeling and convenience. Really enjoy the stay."
