"지어진지 얼마 안되어서 그런지 시설 깨끗한게 제일 만족스러웠습니다. 객실도 좁지 않고 창문으로 보는 부산타워뷰도 좋았네요. 그리고 지하에 대욕장이 있는게 인상적이었는데 하루종일 돌아다니다가 따뜻한 물에 몸을 담그니 피로도 풀리고 너무 개운하더라구요. 여행다니며 많이 걸었으면 저녁에 이용해보는 것 추천합니다. 조식은 프렌치토스트랑 아메리칸스타일 두종류로 주문했는데 단짠단짠해서 아침에 커피 한잔하며 먹기 좋았어요. 이번 여행에 숙소선택을 잘한것 같아 다음에 여행오면 또 여기로 예약해야겠습니다."

Great lodging experience. As an American traveler, the shower was different from home, but I recognize that is due to visiting a hotel on the other side of the world, and not a shortcoming. I had an excellent experience. The location was adjacent from the Busan train station, which was very convenient. However, if you want to go to the popular beaches, you will need to arrange transportation.
Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing location close to Jagalchi Market and other activities. Also near Busan station to visit other sites if needed.
Korea seriously lacks accommodations for people with pets! Billy Hotel was a fantastic place to bring the whole family including the fur babies! Plus, it’s right in the Nampodong area so there are so many things to do, eat and see around the area! The staff was kind! Will definitely be back for our next staycation! I thank everyone at Billy Hotel! We had a great time!
Fantastic room with ideal location! The only downside was I prefer sleeping in a cold room. The building's AC was turned off for the season so the room would not cool below 76 degrees. Mgmt provided a fan which helped. Since the room temp is a personal preference and mgmt tried to accommodate my needs, I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is very nice in style and cleanliness. The staff was very helpful from getting our rooms, explaining how the remotes for the tv and AC worked, to calling cabs for us. My only complaint was the firmness of the bed...I swear it's a mattress disguised as plywood. However since im not there to sleep and lounge the day away I was fine.
The food is separate from your room bill. We tried their buffet restaurant. Kinda pricey if you arent a teenager and can eat for hours. On the other end...
I absolutely loved my stay here! I solo traveled to Busan and felt very safe with having the 24/7 front desk and security for the building. It is only a 2 minute walk to Jagalchi Station, and only three subway stations away from Busan Station so it was so easy to get anywhere in Busan and from the KTX station! The hotel room was spotless when I arrived and the beds were very comfortable! I got the city view room and the curtains were blackout curtains so it made it easy to sleep and take a nap...
As I mentioned before, the amenities and accommodations are very good! Hygienic Care, Staff Accommodations, near by Shops and Restaurants. I would certainly come back to Lounge 26 and stay there!

Great hostel. Although, there were not blackout curtain or a microwave, as suggested. Either way, it was a very good hostel and I would definitely stay there again.
I loved this hotel! They were super kind and helpful. I thought it was so kind they would give us local recommendations and offered to call us a cab. They spoke english and were able to store our luggage before/after check out. The place itself was very clean and loved the bath tub. This hotel is right next to Jagalchi market so it can be kind of fishy but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Perfect for us to go to BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gamcheon and Songdo cable cars.
