this hotel deserves every superlative, unless you need a swimming pool and gym, and unless you go to bed very early--there are wedding receptions almost every night. that said, the property itself and the rooms approach relais chateaux standards. the buffet breakfast is total quality. the staff is meticulous. bicycles are available to guests who want to cruise polignano. Literally EVERYTHING about my stay here was great! The property is in the best location, with easy access to amazing dining and historic sights. The room was spotless, comfortable and very well-appointed. But perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff, who absolutely went out of their way to be helpful, professional and welcoming! Patricia and her team were simply the best! If you visit Monopoli and don’t stay at this property, you’re probably making a mistake.
