"Excellent stay, very well facilitated by the staff."

"Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel or anywhere - Sean is the perfect host. Great location, ambience and the room was home for the week we were there!"

"We stayed for a couple days. Very close to transit and lots of food options. Breakfast was great and staff were wonderful. They let us check in early and it was GREATLY appreciated. Would recommend."

"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"It was our second visit here, we love the hotel design and the comfortable saunas."

"The street outside is busy with shops and clubs, but the apartment is surprisingly quiet. Nice, quiet, with comfortable mattresses. "

"My coworkers and I stayed for a week and everyone was so nice and helpful. It was wonderful to see the same employees throughout our stay because they remembered who you were and were so thoughtful. I wish more hotel and restaurant staff were as kind and accommodating as this group. Thanks for being awesome!"

"Great value for money for the location."

"Great location near public transport, lots of eating options."

"Nice hotel. A little off the beaten track but near U bahn station. Helpful friendly staff. Nice clean room."

"The hotel isn't much to look at from the outside, but the interror is lovely. Going by other reviews, there has recently been some renovation (which caused some disruption), but the end result is a thing to behold. Clearly a lot of thought and design expertise has gone into the renovation. The rooms are stunning -- as good as any top tier hotel I've visited recently. I was genuinely surprised by the quality."

"The place was so nice and staff were excellent we really appreciated the breakfasts which were managed with great care and we felt very welcome"

"Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return. "
