"Friendly helpful staff, small bar and restaurant were very good and on top of the orders, room quiet and clean. It was an excellent place to stay in the Financial district. We were able to see all the sites downtown and ride the Staten Island for free. "

"Experience was excellent this weekend. Courteous staff at check-in, answered questions regarding sites to visit near the hotel. Hotel is located in a very central location, walking distance to key landmarks: 15 min from Brooklyn Bridge, 6 min Wall Street Bull, 6 min walk to restaurants on Stone Street, a couple of minutes from Trinity Church and Ground Zero. Best is that Rector St Subway station is right in front of the hotel. We will stay here during out next trip to NYC over the summer. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Everyone was polite and helpful. It's a great, comfortbsle location in FiDi. Close access to the subway and just a short ride to other areas. We visited Williamsburg, Midtown, Times Square, Broadway, Chinatown, Little Italy, all on one weekend with the subway. I'd definitely stay here again! 10/10 experience "

"I was sick of staying in midtown, and this as a great change up. Convenient to the subway and in a great spot to walk on the shoreline. My room had plenty of space, everything I could want, and felt really safe as a solo traveler. The building was quiet. I will definitely consider staying again next time I'm in the city for work and would definitely consider if my family was traveling with me."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even upgraded to a larger room at no cost when they found out it was our anniversary! The room itself was well appointed time t and the king size bed. Dry comfortable. We also went to the in-hotel bar and restaurant and found the service and staff just as friendly and helpful! Great place to stay in the Financjal district!"

"The room was clean & stylish, and my kiddos loved the bunk beds. Although the separate queen bed was very firm, it was still comfy enough. The front desk employees were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast isn't great - but just as you'd expect at the budget end - but there's a superb deli and bagel place just slightly down the hill. Would recommend, very handy for the cruise terminal. "
