"This place is “quirky”- a little hard to find as there is minimal signage out front and it is very unimpressive from the street. However inside it’s a wonderful surprise. Spacious and very clean rooms, quiet, very good continental breakfast and very helpful staff. Although be cautious as the front desk is not maned at all times. (We locked ourselves out of the room and there was nobody at the desk , fortunately we found a housekeeper who had access.) There is even a washer and dryer for use free of charge.it is not in the historic area but within walking distance of the old city and plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed it our stay despite the quirkiness and would highly recommend. "

"Very clean, well equipped. Bedding and towels excellent quality. Quite noisy with road noise so take your ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall great accommodation thankfully cheap Ubers for getting home as who knew Porto was hilly ! Lm art cafe downstairs did great breakfasts and welcome drink. Thank you "

"Really nice place in a great location, but as soon as we got to our room, there was a VERY strong odor of cumin/body odor. After cleaning up some mystery drops on the toilet seat, I checked with reception if we could change rooms but she told us the smell was actually coming from their cleaning supplies. Yikes. If you’re a fan of strong spice smells, it should be fine but we had a hard time staying in the room for the duration of our visit. Oh, definitely SKIP the breakfast. Food was watery and cold."
