Kirkjufell Guesthouse and Apartments
10/10 Excellent
"Great room.number 11 has a great view. Other rooms are off the common area. Kitchen is big and has lots if you prepare your own food. Pretty area with nice small towns."
VestMar
8/10 Good
"Nice hotel with a restaurant, and walkable to local shops and a waterfall! Room was spacious and clean and had an espresso machine with pods, but no bar fridge.. No elevator so a bit of work to climb with our luggage. Very close to activities like a for hire ATV ride to the glacier."
Vid hafid Guesthouse
10/10 Excellent
"Its good well equipped"
The Old Post Office
10/10 Excellent
"Something and something else."
Peninsula Suites
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin is really beautiful, everything is new, well equipped with comfortable beds, good bedlinen, towels. Kitchen is reasonable and allows to cook meals. There is tea, coffee pods, sugar, oil, salt. The location is stunning, views of glacier and coastline. There were 3 adults and we were really comfortable. The sofa bed is large and would easily sleep 2 adults. The only minor thing, I wish the tea/coffee mugs were bigger size (please)."
Guesthouse Hof
10/10 Excellent
"Property was easy to find, accomodations were beautiful and the view was perfect."
Fosshotel Hellnar
10/10 Excellent
"This was our 2nd Fosshotel during the Ring Road, and we enjoyed this one way more. It's cozy inviting vs the last one that felt like it was trying to be a fancy hotel. The food was delicious, the workers were nice and we stayed in room 9B which apparently is the nicest room there. Definitely a beautiful room plus porch area"
Hotel Langaholt
10/10 Excellent
"The beach is a walking distance away. Breakfast was delicious."
Stöð Guesthouse & Aparments
10/10 Excellent
"Though there is no check-in desk, someone arrived quickly after a phone call to take us to our room. The guest house was spotless, and the kitchen/dining area had everything we needed to prepare a hearty breakfast and hot drinks. The view of Kirkjufell from our room was an unexpected treat! Walking distance to several restaurants and cafes, next door to a fascinating gallery spread out all over the area, and a short drive to Kirkjufell itself. This is a nice place to stay if you want the ferry from Stykkishólmur, too!"
