There was a problem with the Hotels.com site so even the human on their side couldn’t help me without talking to Chantelle and Bobby at the front desk. They worked everything out and our stay was wonderful. It was after a long day at the hospital so we both needed rest and this was a great choice for us. For the price, comfortable bed, clean linens, bathroom and room....
