"I am very much torn here because I want La Briosa and Bolzano to remain a secret because it is such a special hotel in a magical place. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon after excellent stops in Rome, Florence, and Venice. La Briosa in Bolzano has been hands down the highlight of our trip by far. 5 stars are not nearly enough to rate La Briosa. "The pool and sauna were available to all members which is an excellent service. Breakfast was good. The beds were great. A bit of noise facing the main road but the windows block it out enough. I would stay here again for sure."

"The hotel has a very good location, a 20-minute walk to the historic centre of Bolzano. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Car can be parked for free on the street or for 15€ per day in a locked garage. "

"Hôtel vétuste, qui mériterait d’être rénové: salle de bain exiguë, chambres non insonorisées, ascenseur petit et lent. Nous avons pris le dîner au restaurant (menu unique typique à 25€), repas fade, sans saveur, sans légumes. Le petit déjeuner en revanche était bien, mais la salle était bruyante. Le personnel était en revanche très sympathique, à l’écoute."

"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."
