"Rough stay! Place is not terrible but just misses the mark on very basic stuff like clean towels, rooms not ready when we checked in at 7:00 pm. Everyone has off days but got the feeling that this place is having off years."

"I live nearby but my AC went out in July and it was 92 degrees inside. I brought my 4 kids and stayed in the 2 queen room with a pull out couch. The room is HUGE! Everything was super clean and nice. I’m very picky about germs and clean rooms and I didn’t have anything to worry about here! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. My stay was extended as my AC was not fixed the first day. I asked to switch rooms because my kids were going to their dad’s house and the girl at the front desk...

"Our family was super excited to stay in this hotel with our hometown team to experience the college World Series. We knew the prices would be high, simply because it was close to the park. With that being said, when we first tried to get a room, the price was listed at $500, went up to $1000 a night. Ballpark view was more.
