Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. "Clean rooms but they put those terrible air fresheners in the rooms which were overpowering - had to put it out on the balcony. No heating, had to wear a coat to eat in the restaurant. Had to time the water heater in amongst the power cuts. So overall expensive for what it was."

"This is a wonderful hotel. It is a family run establishment and everyone is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and healthy. Dinner is available in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location with a stunning view of the landscape. "

"It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight.
