Best part is that you don't get any surprises while staying with Van Der Valk hotels. Restaurant however had a limited choice both, for dinner and breakfast this time. "I stayed in the old hotel many years ago and it was fine, the new building is fantastic, very clean and well laid out.
The restaurant did a good selection and quality of food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very good.
Comfortable beds but ideally mattress toppers that don't move would be better.
The rooms we had were well equipped with everything we needed and more, such as hair dryer, coffee machine and small chiller fridge.
