"The place has a lot of potential, with plenty of activities throughout the day. The food is good, the restaurants are enjoyable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We visited September 19–24, 2026, to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday. The hotel wasn’t too busy during our stay, so guest participation in the animation and activities was limited. Some days were better than others, but the staff did their best to keep the atmosphere fun. The food selection was somewhat limited but good, and the à la carte restaurants were enjoyable, although getting reservations was difficult. The rooms were fine, with good AC and a balcony. One downside is that the building does not have elevators, which can be inconvenient on the upper floors. Some areas of the property are also showing their age and could use repairs and general maintenance. Unfortunately, the beach was essentially unusable during our stay because of the amount of seaweed and erosion. I understand this can be seasonal. The drinks were on the weaker side, although Premier members have access to better options. The nightclub was okay. Before 11 PM it operates more like a sports bar, then transitions into a nightclub. Overall, our experience was okay. The resort has a lot of potential, definitely A PARTY RESORT, and the staff and activities were definite positives. With some investment in maintenance and improvements, the experience could be much better."
