Staff were quite accommodating, parking while extra really secure and easy to access, location is a few minutes walk from the trams that go to the city and south and it is a 20 minutes ride by tram to the heart of town. Good food options a couple of minutes nearby but if you do choose to include breakfast it is hearty with lots of options and quality food. "I was transferred to this hotel as the one I booked has closed down. Note that Pullman and Mercure are in 2 separate towers. The Mercure lobby is not as nice but they share facilities. The rooms are as expected, minimalist but the beds are very comfy and the staff are very nice and helpful. The bar and lobby area is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back "
