Outstanding

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned daily and temperature was perfect. The bar next door is open till 11 pm and always had a good vibe. Excellent hotel!

A fantastic stop over for our Hadrians wall cycle ride, First class and most helpful staff. Thank you.

Clean room and great staff

The owners were very nice and apologetic about the wifi not working. Nice simple breakfast. Very clean guest rooms and super modern bathrooms

Lovely cordial staff. Make sure you check out the pub inside; it has a great vibe.

This was probably the best hotel experience we've had in years. The staff was the best we've ever interacted with. They offer a wine and cheese night Monday through Wednesday and their breakfast is excellent. Staff treated us like family and they acted as if they were owners of a bed and breakfast. The laundry room works very well and the gym was very nice. We stayed there for 8 days. The location is perfect and Central to everything you want to do in Newcastle.

This is exactly what a hotel stay should be, amazing service, fabulous rooms, great location and a quality restaurant/bar onsite.

Quiet hotel location in beautiful countryside. Rooms clean and spacious. Included breakfast good, with help yourself cereal, yogurt, and pastries plus cooked to order hot breakfast. I didn't try it but Sunday lunch is supposed to be great. Finally, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. All in all a great stay for a very reasonable price.

Good Place to Stay.
