Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

Showed them the pictures posted on Expedia website but they insisted they had given me the superior queen. Finally they gave me one that looked closer to the room I booked. The aircon compressors outside made a continuous loud noise as long as the aircon was on. Renovation was going on outside my door - not a pleasant...

You can easily access the IOI City mall from the hotel which is great if you want a lot of dinner options or go shopping. The staff is nice and the breakfast is ok. The rooms are small and cozy, with a modern more Scandinavian look. I like the clean design and the cleanliness of the rooms. "Great place to stay in KL. Staff is super helpful and nice, breakfasts tasteful and not crowded, as well as the pool (nice and not crowded, taste not considered). It seems a bit far from the city center but Metro is 10 mins walk and Grab is transportation of choice. Metro costs about RM5 per person to the downtown compared to Grab’s RM30. Timewise it is 30 mins for Grab compared to 1h Metro, which is a freezer. We ended up Grabbing all trips. "
