Close to airport, our rooms were upgraded and breakfast was included. The front desk person got us a local driver to the airport for about $4. Would recommend for those early connection flights for sure.

We had SUCH A GREAT TIME at this hotel. 10/10 times, we would go back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel. From the relentlessly phenomenal service, communication, and hospitality to the great food options inside and outside the hotel. Everything was top notch and each person who worked at the hotel ALWAYS had a smile on their face and happy to help. This is the most genuine hotel we have ever stayed at to date and loved our experience!

Friendly and helpful staff helped make my trip stress free

It was a quick stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. No complaints. The location was a bit off from many of the main attractions. Nice if you are looking for something more secluded.

Can't say enough good things about our stay here! Extremely professional and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Great location as well. 10 out of 10 for everything!

Had a great stay at the Light Hotel starting from the friendly staff that took our luggage up to our room and a tour guide that helped us book tickets to get to Halong Bay the following day. The hotel is brand new so everything is sparkly and the attention to detail was top notch. Our favorite part was sharing a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck with a great view of the city.

I didn't like the room didn't have windows but I think it's common in Hanoi. Also sound proof is not good. Staffs were nice overall.

I enjoyed my stay at Hanoi Delano Hotel. Hotel lobby was elegant and comfortable. I had a very nice city view room for my family with 1 kids for upgrade higher level. This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!

This hotel was a highlight of our trip. The room was spacious, with a nice shower and enough places to put down our things. It is right in the heart of the old quarter so you can walk anywhere. There are a few convenience stores nearby and so many restaurants. We paid for laundry service with the hotel and it was fairly priced and efficient. Last but not least, the breakfast. Very humble staffs and always smile at you in the morning..what makes the hotel nice is how they treat their guests and i think thats really on the top my list when i rate a hotel everywhere in the world. And i can say this hotel is one of my top list...definitely comeback on same hotel if given a chance..
