it is very nice hotel over all clean, spacious rooms, the area is ok has many cafes and some restaurants, but the major problem is the disco on top of the hotel. you must reject any room in 5th floor otherwise u will dancing the whole night. even when I changed my room to the second floor I still can hear the drums shaking however not as bad. I would advice owners of this hotel to choose between customers of disco or customers of the hotel. breakfast was ok but not 5-star hotel level.
Third time in this hotel, and as usual, welcoming staff, clean, and comfortable rooms, very decent breakfast , location is good, and easy access to old Madina "twenty minutes good walk" and the airport is a short drive, for tranquility and peace of mind I do strongly recommend this hotel
If you are ever in Tunis and want a modern hotel in a diplomatic zone with great breakfast/amenities, then book this hotel.
Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is clean. AC works great, especially in North African heat.
Breakfast is amazing, especially the crepe and omelette.omelet tea. Very close to the lake.
It was our fifth stay in this hotel over the last 3 years, and once more we have been very satisfied with the experience. As known, the overall situation in Tunesia is not very appealing but the hotel is coping very well with the difficult circumstances. Therefore, we continue to recommend visiting this place.

The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.
It’s a very nice historical place, beautifully decorated. Clean and quiet . The bed was very comfortable. Staff were nice as well.
Breakfast was rather simple.
We booked two beds and got only one. The room was too small to put in another bed. There was other bigger rooms, but we were not assigned for, despite that we made reservation a few months in advance. This was a bit disappointing.
Wonderful hotel, super helpful staff, beautiful, quiet rooms and a lovely garden in the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The fresh cooked breakfast is a nice way to start the day.
The rooms are very clean, the beds have cozy duvets and plenty of pillows. We were there in the winter and the rooms had heat and were plenty warm. Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. SUPER clean, spacious, and it felt like a spa every day. Fridge allowed me to bring home snacks, and I could have cooked a bit if I wanted. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Water at reception was a great touch when I was in a pinch from being able to go to the market. I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is absolutely perfect and I used the map and recommendations provided throughout my trip. I stayed in the Blue Room and the original tiles were beautiful. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely delicious. Every one of them could be on the menu at any top brunch place in New York City. The cat also made my trip. It never came into my room, but waited for me outside of my door every morning wanting a cuddle.
I really enjoyed my staying at this hotel, super clean, friendly staff, and above all the breakfast is awesome which is a blend of western and Tunisian food. I highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect.
