"Definitely worth the price I paid due to the rich continental breakfast that goes on until 10:30 am. The bus station is literally outside the hotel which is a huge plus taking in consideration the neighborhood. The neighborhood isn't the safest, however the bus and train stations are literally right under your nose, as long as you're careful with your cellphone you've got nothing to worry about."

"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."

"My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and felt modern. Everything was clean, the rooms are relatively large with a desk, security box, and fit two twin beds comfortably. The bed was about medium firmness and not springy. All the hotel staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was pretty standard, but well executed. "A nice boutique hotel in Providencia, a safe and convenient area for tourists with several cafés and restaurants nearby. The premises and rooms were spotless, with housekeeping done well each day. The room itself was quite small—less spacious than expected—but functional, with a fridge and kettle provided. Guests can refill water bottles at the dispenser in the lobby. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. I didn’t include breakfast in my stay but tried the hotel restaurant twice; the food was fine, though Santiago offers better options."
