Excellent location, clean room, courteous staff. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast!

i loved this little hotel. i understand people's frustration with the rooms and privacy options etc, but when i went to them with my request to change rooms they were very accommodating. i would say if you want a private bathroom/shower you have to request that....also if you want to be able to open your windows and want privacy you have to request that as well. the rooftop breakfast spot was lovely....the staff was kind and helpful.

Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family.

Wow! Great place! In the very middle of the city on the main square. I really enjoy the room. Breakfast was included, but actually it could be more full...

Room was nice and comfortable the only thing i didn't like is there is no microwave mini fridge or ice machine. And the last time i stayed here in 2024 i could have as many guest as i wanted 1 at a time of course with no extra charge. This time i had to pay the same amount as the room for one night for a guest. Other than that the place is in the perfect location

The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.

this hotel was more than GREAT , the hotel is beautiful , the rooftop area is amazing, and the people there are awesome as well , this was my first time at cartagena and at this hotel i would go back to this same place. everything is so near its the best place to stay.

From the moment I arrived I knew I just found my new vacation resort. From the bar staff, to the cleaning staff, to the hotel management .. a perfect vacation. I will defiantly return. Job well done!!

Wonderful overall experience. Sound proof rooms are a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean from my room. Beach front property and nice pools with hot tubs was great. Breakfast buffet offered various food options. Special thanks to Meredith from housekeeping and Luis who served us during breakfast.

The staff is so friendly and there to help with any questions. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice.

The hotel is comfortable, well situated, nice and small. Service is great and the small restaurant beside it served the best burgers in town. It’s quiet even if it’ on a busy street. The pool is nice, it needs fans to circle the air a bit, specially when the sun hits the pool! But it will be nice to have some air circulating the the pool is in the shade too!

I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable and if you bring in a guest from outside there is a small fee. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a little gem in Bocagrande. From the moment I got here the 2 young men that assisted me showed that this hotel values customer service and experience. I personally read hotel reviews before booking a room and I have stayed in bigger more expensive chain hotels in Bocagrande and the customer service was poor. The fact is that I missed my flight on Monday January 13th, 2024 and couldn’t make it to this hotel until Tuesday, I called that Monday to advise of the issue and was given 3/4 of what I spent for that Monday in credit to use at the rooftop bar… That is excellent customer service! My friend and I (2 women) stayed one night and felt safe and looked after by staff. Our room was large and clean. We felt we were among locals and not in a tourist enclave. The best part was being able to walk to the airport for our morning departure flight with no worries about being there on time due to traffic.
