"Absolutely loved my stay at Urbano. I was here for two weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the ameneties are great, the hotel is clean. The only thing I would note is that it is on the Oxford street which can be busy and noisy but overall its a great location and I had a great experience. I will definitly be booking here again."
"This is a really nice, well-managed hotel. Big clean well-decorated rooms, high-end shower and bathroom, high quality breakfast with eggs made to order, really helpful staff, and best of all: beautiful (though not large) grounds with palm trees and a pool and a quiet, secluded bar. It’s like being in a little resort hotel in Mexico or Brazil. Even the case of souvenirs at the front desk was well chosen - I should just have picked up gifts there and skipped the trip to the market. I only stayed...
"Great experience from the moment I arrived. The gentlemen took my bags, opened the door for me. The receptionist was accommodating allowing me to checking early.
Breakfast is great!
Room is cozy! The bed is sooo comfortable! I would definitely stay here again."
"The property was very quaint. We were greeted in a very welcoming manner. Check in was brief. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, even with helping to get a driver for the early morning ride to the airport. "

The property is impeccably maintained. The staff is friendly. The amenities are excellent. I initially booked for two nights, but am extending for the week.
Great for solo travelers
They picked me up and took me back to airport
Great place for overnights in Accra
Haven't seen anything so I can't comment but would be back for Accra overnights
The planes go over the property so it's a bit noisy but ear plugs take care of it
It was a wonderful experience staying at Serenity Terrace Beach. The room had an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The room was comfortable and well designed in modern décor with a living area sofa, chairs and large TV with streaming available The vibe was very calm and mellow. Just what was needed. I had mobility issues and the staff was very accommodating, helping me with my luggage and accessing the beach and pool areas. I even received a complimentary massage. Nothing but compliments all...
The property was neat and properly kept. The only disappointment was with my bed in Room 102. It was uneven and it kept me from having a sound sleep. The Breakfast was awesome and staff was very friendly.
I was on the verge of booking a room at another hotel in Accra when a friend told me he would be staying at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast. Following his lead was a very wise decision and I thoroughly enjoyed the four nights I spent there! My double room was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The staff were professional and courteous and I would like to single out for special commendation: Adelaide in Reservations, Kwame at the Front Desk, Philip in the Executive Floor Lounge, Isaac in...
I don't normally do reviews but this guest house deserves one. The stay was my best accommodation i had so for in Ghana. The staff are more than welcoming. The security guard even washed our car because we had been thru a lot of mud. The best part was we didn't even ask for the wash.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pineapple juice at check-in was greatly appreciated. Sweet and refreshing. My room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, another guest on my floor was praying literally shouting at the top of his lungs. I thought I would be patient and let him finish. But I needed to rest because I had an early flight the next morning so after 2 hours of this ordeal (it was past midnight at this point), I called the front desk and complained. The agent on the phone...
great hotel!! Right in the center of Osu within walking distance of everything. Police right across the street so we always felt safe. Service was wonderful and the restaurant was good! Only criticism is that the restaurant only served American food, nothing local.
This is a great and affordable hotel. It's very central, to Independence Square, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial, Accra Mall, the Airport and more. I enjoyed the room, clean and spacious. The wifi was fast. The breakfast buffet was great, the dinner so and so. Then again I'm a vegetarian traveling to West Africa, so options were a bit limited. Only negative, is that I felt like my mates and I were stopped by the security one too many times enquiring if we were staying there when walking in(that's another...
Conveniently located in busy are close to shops, restaurants, pubs. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when I left my phone in an Uber. The helped me to track the uber down to retrieve my phone. I am so grateful to everyone at Urbano. When I come back to Ghana I am definitely staying here again.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, i loved the pillows, i appreciated the daily, large, glass bottle of water in the room, the AC was great, staff were helpful and friendly, location was excellent and food was great.
Fautina and Albert were amazing! Such friendly faces greeting all guests day and night. I truly appreciate that they responded to any concerns and were very attentive.
