I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

Nice for a short quick affordable stay

I stayed 10 nights after having surgery and it was nice. They had a chair that you could relax in, this is rare here in Seoul. The ice maker was great and laundry room clean and easy. Staff all knew English and location was good with lots of restaurants and shopping. Airport bus stop was outside the building. The attached restaurant was beautiful and relaxing. I recommend

It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. The reception staff came up to try and fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately moved me to a different room for my second night. I was very impressed and...

I liked that the bus from Incheon stopped almost in front of the hotel, location is very good, exit 4 for the subway is right in front of the hotel, I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was really good. Very nice people work there. Thank you.

4th time staying here and love it.

I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.
